Health behavior change unfolds through a series of stages, notably articulated in Transtheoretical Model (better known as “Stages of Change”). This lecture illustrates how personal trainers and lifestyle coaches can stage-match web-based fitness and online health resources (in the form of wikis, blogs/vlogs, podcasts/vodcasts and online social networking) in order to enhance their services and meet the demands of the internet-savvy clients.
